Housed in hermetically-sealed packages with current ratings up to 7.5A, this line of SMD linear voltage regulators is qualified to MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-PRF-38535 and several of the devices have low drop-out features. Available configurations include single output and dual output. Single output devices can be positive or negative with adjustable output and fixed output of 5V, 12V or 15V. Dual output devices have all combinations of positive and negative 5V, 12V, or 15V output. Pricing starts at $50.00 each/100.
