Designed for transmit functions in CDMA2K 1X cellular, multi-mode data enabled handsets, Model CHP0205-QM linear power amplifier (LPA) module measures just 4 x 4 x 1.5 mm. The module is fabricated using an InGAP HBT technology, said to deliver low thermal resistance and reliable electrical stability. It operates over a 824 to 849 MHz frequency range and delivers a 36% linear power efficiency and +28 dBm of output power.
