Employing proprietary miniaturization technology, the SP730 clocks in as the market's first 3-pin microprocessor supervisor. Offered in a surface-mount SOT-23 package, the device consumes just 45 µA of quiescent current. It generates an active low pulse for 350 ms to hard reset any processors or ASICs that may fail due to dubious power quality. Features include power-on and under-voltage reset, active-low open-drain reset, a reset timer, and an operating temperature range from –65°C to +125°C. Pricing starts at $0.59 each/1,000.
