Power Amp Goes After Bluetooth

Representing the firm's second generation Bluetooth power amplifier, Model PA2423M chip features a low current usage of 160 mA total, including the bias network current, and better than 45% power added efficiency. It produces 23.5 dBm with 20 dB gain and includes power down and output power control pins. The device uses a single supply of 2.7V to 3.6V and operates with up to 6V, the voltage applied during battery charging. PA2423M chip comes on tape-and-reel in a 3 x 3 mm, 8-pin MSOP.
