The iP1837 and iP1827 iPowIR voltage regulators for point-of-load apps integrate control MOSFETs, synchronous FETKYs, bootstrap diodes, bootstrap capacitors, and over-current protection in a 7.7 mm x 7.7 mm LGA package.

They feature true-differential voltage sensing and are pin compatible for 25A and 35A applications. Other features include an input range of 1.5V to 16V, programmable frequency up to 1.5 MHz, and a 5V or 3.3V input. Additionally, IRDCiP1837 and IRDCiP1827 reference designs are available. Pricing is $5.90 and $4 each/100,000 for the iP1837 and iP1827, respectively. Pricing for the IRDCiP1837 or IRDCiP1827 is $94 per kit.
