The devices feature a low-voltage dropout of 150 mV, voltage accuracy of ±1%, and a ripple-rejection rate of 70 dB. Input voltage ranges from 2V to 6.5V, yielding an output voltage from 1.5V to 5.5V, selectable in 0.1V steps. Added features include a shutdown circuit and over-current protection.
