24-Bit, 2-Channel ADC Samples At Up To 96 kHz Rate

This high-performance, 105-dB, 96-kHz, 24-bit A/D converter is designed for audio CDR, electronic musical instruments and AV amplifiers. The AK5380 uses an enhanced digital filter to raise the dynamic range to 105 dB. And the part is placed in the same package, and uses the same pin out, as the new part's predecessor, the AK5353. Available in a small, 16-pin TSSOP package, AK5380 is priced at $3.63 each/1,000, with engineering samples available now.
