CANbus Switch Matrices Take Up Position In ATE Market

Nov. 1, 2000

Based on a CANbus interface, the PN 2501, PN 2502, and PN 2503 electro-mechanical switch matrices have been designed specifically for the automated test equipment (ATE) market. The devices include a full-access, fan-out switch matrix that is said to be designed to cover all present and future frequency bands for wireless applications. The PN 2501 provides six SP6T input and output switches. The PN 2502 provides the full-access, fan out feature, six broadband power-divider inputs, and six SP6T output switches. Also providing full access, the PN 2503 offers six low-noise input amplifiers, six broadband power-divider inputs, and six SP6T output switches.
