D/E Connectors Enhance 2-mm Hard Metric Line

The company's line of 2-mm hard metric connectors has been expanded to now include 8077 Series Type D and E, male and female connectors. The Type D right-angled female connectors feature 176 signal pins and 25 ground contacts in an eight-row by 25-position configuration. The Type D vertical male connectors have 176 signal pins and 44 ground pins in an eight plus two-row by 25-position configuration. Type E right-angle female connectors provide 200 signal pins and 25 ground pins in an eight row by 25-position configuration and Type E vertical male connectors provide 200 signal pins and 50 ground pins in an eight plus two-row by 25-position configuration. All connectors in the series are rated for up to 1A of current per contact. Voltage ratings are specified for up to 250V and the connectors are capable of operating in temperatures from -55ûC to 125ûC. Pricing is approximately $0.14 each/1,000 per mated line.
