Dual 10-Bit ADC Consumes Little Power

At an input frequency of 60 MHz and a sampling frequency of 120 Msamples/s, the MAX1190 dual-channel, 10-bit a/d converter operates on 2.8V to 3.3V and consumes just 201 mW per channel. The device has a SNR of 57 dB and a SFDR of 64 dBc. A separate digital supply pin allows output operation from 1.7V to 3.6V. The device operates in temperatures from -40_C to +85_C and comes in a 48-pin TQFP. Price is $19.95 each/1,000. An evaluation kit is also available.
