Full Metal Hoods Cover D-Subminiature Connectors

Aug. 1, 1999

In top or side entry versions, these D-subminiature connector shells are die cast metal that are both robust and lightweight. The shells cover connectors with from 9 to 37 circuits. Cable jacket diameters range from 3.5 to 13 mm, and the low-profile shape allows use in limited spaces. An internal conductive plastic strain relief and spring shielding provide EMI/RFI protection above 40 dB from 30 MHz to 1 GHz.
