A process design kit is now available to allow designers of rf, microwave, and millimeter-wave devices to access the DuPont GreenTape low-temperature co-fired ceramic technology within Applied Wave Research's Microwave Office 2006 software.

A process design kit (PDK) is now available to allow designers of rf, microwave, and millimeter-wave devices to access the DuPont GreenTape low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology within Applied Wave Research's Microwave Office 2006 software. Using the DuPont LTCC PDK in conjunction with the Microwave Office open and integrated design platform, designers can improve productivity, shorten the development cycles, and speed time-to-market for their high-frequency products. The system also helps ensure high-density functionality, excellent reliability, low power requirements, and low-cost interconnect packaging.

The LTCC PDK for Microwave Office 2006 is available immediately from AWR, without additional charge for all customers using Microwave Office 2006 software.
