Module Eliminates Crosstalk Variability

Feb. 1, 2001

The MINI-COM TX-5 jack module features the GIGA-TX termination method, said to speed installation, reduce conductor untwist, and eliminate crosstalk variability. Its design meets all requirements of the TIA/EIA Category 5 industry standards. All contacts are plated with gold and meet FCC Part 68 Subpart F. The termination style incorporates a forward motion termination that eliminates stress on subcomponents. In addition, the TX-5 module can be terminated without the use of a punchdown tool.
