Testers Measure Impedance To 1 MHz

The Model 1920 LCR Meter is specifically designed for fast throughput in automated production testing of resistance, capacitance and inductance on a wide variety of electronic components and materials. It includes IEEE-488, RS-232 and handler interfaces, all standard. The 1920 is ideal in applications where accuracy and a broad frequency range are required on a variety of components. The unit's basic measurement accuracy is 0.1% and provides over 27,000 user-programmable test frequencies up to 1 MHz for characterizing devices over a wide frequency range. The 1920 offers setup storage, load correction, programmable source impedance, constant voltage mode and DC voltage bias. An operator has the ability to select the instrument source impedence at 5 ohms, 25 ohms, 50 ohms or 100 ohms. The modular design of the 1920 can be configured for application specific testing solutions. The price is $4,995 which includes a NIST traceable calibration certificate.
