Tiny Slide Switches Are Washable; Come In Three Configurations

Feb. 1, 1999

The TG Series slide switch, with dimensions of 0.398" long x 0.197" wide x 0.378" deep, fits into extremely tight quarters. The switch is available with or without an optional translucent silicone rubber seal. With the seal, all models are readily wave soldered and can be immersion cleaned. These single-pole, maintained, two-position ON/ON or three-position ON/OFF/ON switches are available in three printed circuit through-hole mounting configurations: vertical without bracket, vertical with bracket and right-angle with bracket. Ratings are 0.4 VA at 20V maximum with contacts and terminals are 500 mA at 48V maximum. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum and dielectric strength is 1000 VRMS minimum between terminals and bracket.
