Hewlett Packard's full product line of electronic components will be sold throughout North and Latin America by Wyle Electronics. The distributor will handle light-emitting diode products, fiber-optic components, RF and microwave components, infrared transceivers, high-speed I/O products and CMOS image sensors. Both Wyle and HP will focus on industries such as telecommunication, data communication and industrial control systems. The distributor hopes to bring its Marketing Innovation Program and Networking Forum initiatives to bear on the sales of HP's components.
