The Art of Code

June 4, 2022
You need to watch the whole video to get to Dylan Beattie's codewithrockstar.com, but it's worth it.

This video is part of the Engineering Humor section in our Series Library.

Dylan Beattie, programmer, musician, and creator of the Rockstar programming language, delivers an entertaining look at the Art of Code. He starts out with an interesting presentation of Conway's Game of Life, talks about Mandelbrot's set, and a lot more including esoteric languages and quinesprograms that print their own source code.

He wraps up with a musical serenade and talks about algorithmic rock songs. Check out his site, codewithrockstar.com, for more on the Rockstar programming language.

It's all quite entertaining as well as informative. I enjoyed it.
