Designed to perform complex, high-speed signal analysis, the Wavemaster model 8600A digital storage oscilloscope (DSO) captures signals up to 6 GHz with a 7 ps rise time. A new memory option provides users with 48 Mpoints per channel or 96 Mpoints over two channels, said to be the longest in the industry. This option is available for the 8600A, 8500A and 8300A DSOs. In addition to an internal printer, an optional removable hard-disk drive is also available, allowing complete control over stored data, setups, and customized measurements across multiple users. An easy to use GUI is optimized for use with Windows 2000. The DSO comes with an array standard equipment, plus a number of software and accessory options, and is priced at $63,750.
