The rapid migration toward smaller, faster ICs and the increasing use of ball grid array packages has led to the development of a line of BGA probe adapters for Tektronix TLA 700 logic analyzer users. The units enable probing of high-performance embedded microprocessors such as the high-speed MPC860 and MPC823. They're suited for high-speed timing analysis of a microprocessor bus.
