The established 34410A and 34411A 6.5-digit digital multimeters (DMMs) now provide higher reading speeds and faster system throughput by a factor up to 50x over their 34401A predecessor. In terms of I/O, both units expand connectivity with USB, LAN, and legacy GPIB and comply with LXI Class C. They also extend measurement functions and ranges, as well as more memory up to 1 MB. The 34410A performs 10,000 readings per second at 5.5 digits. Measurement functions include ac/dc voltage and current, resistance, frequency, and temperature. Offering enhanced performance, the 34411A delivers 50,000 readings per second at 4.5 digits and provides 1 MB of memory, level triggering, and pre/post triggering. Prices for the 34410A and 34411A are $1,595 and $1,995, respectively. AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES INC. Palo Alto, CA. (800) 829-4444, item number 8020.
