Groomed for next-generation FB-DIMM, Fibre Channel, SAS, SATA, InfiniBand, and PCI-Express standards, the company's 13-GHz test solution teams its SDA13000 serial-data analyzer, D13000PS active differential probe, and a suite of debug and analysis tools. With a 13-GHz bandwidth, 40-Gsample/s sample rate, and 100-Mpoints of memory per channel, the SDA13000 troubleshoots physical layer problems during development and performs compliance testing. Debug tools include an eye violation locator, inter-symbol interference plot to understand which bit or bit combination is contributing the most errors. Other tools include a periodic jitter breakdown feature. List price for the SDA13000 serial data analyzer is $110,000. The SDA13000 with one memory option lists for $7,500 and the D13000PS differential probing system lists for $13,000. LECROY CORP., Chestnut Ridge, NY. (800) 453-2769.
