As part of an on-going alliance, the company's spectrum analyzers, power meters, and synthesizers employ electronic design automation (EDA) software from Modelithics to form a unique test station. This combination provides 40 GHz characterization capabilities for analyzing frequency translating devices, such as microwave mixers, up/down converters, and multipliers. Presently, the test station is being used by Modelithics to provide characterization and models for packaged, chip, and on-wafer frequency translating devices.
