The K1526CE, a wide-pull surface mountable VCXO, promises greater design flexibility, particularly in various FSK and AFC circuits. Measuring 11 mm x 9 mm in a six J-leads ceramic package, the device features a frequency range of 2 to 55 MHz with a minimum deviation sensitivity of ±200 ppm. Frequency stability from 0°C to 70°C is ±25 ppm and from -40°C to 85°C frequency stability is ±50 ppm. Other features include a linearity of less than10%, modulation bandwidth >20 kHz, voltage control range from 0 to 5V, and an input impedance of >50 kiloohms at 10 kHz. Price is $11.35 each/1,000.
