Hello,
The gang here at Electronic Design's been busy behind the scenes, putting together a gorgeous 20-page eBook on analog design, featuring the works of our, now retired, Power & Analog Editor, Don Tuite.
Don's electronic circuits books from the 1970s were what got me started in electronics at an early age, so being in direct lineage of his editor role and able to spearhead an effort to produce a collectible of his work at Electronic Design has been surreal for me.
We spent a fair bit of time on the graphics and layouts, dusting off cobwebs, and in a couple of cases, rebuilding missing diagrams from scratch and recalling the graphics style of our print magazines from decades ago - our collection of print magazines from about 1989 to around 2004 is nonexistent.
If you've got an old collection of Electronic Design, or the CDs that came out as collections and special editions, please shoot me an email. Better for us to share the timeless contents with all of our readers than to toss them into the trash to make room for your weekly quilting bees.
This Volume 2 of our curated Analog Masters series eBook is available for free download, and I think you'll agree that it's a work of art, including its cover. Volume 1's download is also available on the page I've linked below.
enjoy,
-andyT
