Tantalum Chip Caps Trim DCL Current

A result of proprietary multi-array packaging, the TM8 Series solid tantalum chip capacitors specify a dc leakage (DCL) current down to 200 nA. Capacitance and voltage ratings range from 1 μF/40V to 47 μF/10V across seven case sizes. The components suit filtering, coupling/decoupling, dc blocking, and energy-storage apps in medical devices, i.e., pacemakers, ICD, neurological stimulators, hearing aids, and cochlear implants.
