The LSA1000, first in the Signalyst Series of signal digitizers/analyzers, delivers digital oscilloscope technology in a compact package optimized for embedded system- integration applications. The unit is controlled from a computer via a Fast Ethernet interface.
The LSA1000 offers 750-MHz bandwidth with two input channels and a 1-GS/s sampling rate on each channel and an acquisition memory of up to 2 MB per channel. When only one channel is used, the sampling rate and memory length are doubled.
The instrument features an on-board 96-MHz Power PC processor. In addition to more than 50 standard waveform parameters, advanced analysis software packages include FFT, histograms, and disk-drive test analysis.
