Source Measure Unit

The compact U2723A USB source measure unit (SMU) supplies voltage (± 20 V) and current (120 mA) on all three channels, operates in four-quadrant mode, and provides current measurements down to nanoamp levels. It has a 15-ms rise time and can simplify automated testing with up to two embedded test scripts per channel. The U2723A can be used as a stand-alone instrument or as a module plugged into the U2781A modular-products chassis. For stand-alone use, testing can be performed with the bundled Agilent Measurement Manager software.
