USB-capable sensors measure up to 40 GHz

NRP Z85 and NRP Z86 are USB wideband sensors that measure power from 50 MHz to 40 GHz and display envelope power over a dynamic range of -47 dBm to +20 dBm. They also provide high-resolution pulse analysis and average power measurements over the -60 dBm to +20 dBm dynamic range and can operate from a PC via the NRP Z4 USB Adapter or in combination with an NRP/NRP2 Power Meter.

Features include a video bandwidth of up to 30 MHz and a sampling rate of 80 MHz, a rise time of <13 ns, and measurement uncertainty of 0.18 dB at 40 GHz. The power sensors can measure both peak power and average power over a defined time interval as well as perform statistical signal analysis. Rohde & Schwarz
