System measures temperature, velocity, and pressure

The iQ-200™ Thermal Analysis System simultaneously measures and records data from up to 12 J-type thermocouples, 16 low-profile candlestick air temperature/velocity sensors, and four differential pressure sensors to profile heat sinks, components, and PCBs. Temperature data is recorded from -40 to 750°C. Air temperature is tracked from 20 to 65°C, and air velocity is measured from 0 to 1,200 ft/min.

The differential transducers capture pressure drop data along circuit cards, assemblies, and orifice plates. Pressure measurements are taken from 0 to 0.15 psi. The system also can be factory modified to measure airflows up to 10,000 ft/min and air temperatures to 85°C.

The USB-based iQ-200 system comes preloaded with iSTAGE™ application software that manages incoming data from multiple sensing devices and provides graphic presentation on monitors and documents.
