SCANFLEX® SFX-TAP16/G is a modular gang test system with an integrated UUT power supply. It can test or program up to 16 boards in parallel using processor emulation test, core-assisted Flash programming, chip-embedded instrumentation, and protocol-driven interface tests as well as boundary scan.
The transceiver is based on configurable TAP slot cards and power slot cards (PSCs). The number of TAPs varies between eight (two UUT) and one (16 UUT). The PSCs enable the individual power supply per UUT, monitor the power consumption, and feature isolating relays.
SFX-TAP16/G can be configured with SCANFLEX Controllers for PCI, PCIe, PXI, PXIe USB, GBit LAN, FireWire, or LXI. The gang testers also are supported in SYSTEM CASCON™ JTAG/boundary scan platform beginning with 4.5.4.
