As Senior Vice-President for Automotive & Industrial, Emmanuel Sabonnadière leads Soitec’s strategic silicon-carbide program (SmartSiC). He previously served as chief executive of CEA-Leti (2017–2021) and held senior management positions at Philips Lighting, private equity firm Gimv, and General Cable. Emmanuel started his career at Schneider Electric and Alstom/Areva.
He holds a Physics PhD from Ecole centrale de Lyon, an IT Engineering degree from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, and an MBA from Grenoble Graduate School of Management.
