The QTLP650D-RGB and the QTLP614C-RGB full-color surface-mount (SMT) LEDs have red, green, or blue outputs. They also produce multicolor outputs by mixing RGB light sources. The former is a top-illuminating lamp with outputs of 60, 130, and 40 mcd in a 1210 package for status and backlighting applications. The latter is a side-illuminating right-angle lamp with outputs of 110, 100, and 40 mcd that's meant for edge-emitting LCDs. The 650D-RGB comes in a 3.2- by 2.7- by 1.1-mm housing with diffused optics and a 140° viewing angle. The 614C-RGB's package measures 3.2 by 1 by 1.5 mm and includes water-clear optics and a 160° viewing angle. Price is $1.00 each in 10,000-unit lots, and availability is from stock.
