Meeting the strictest machine safety requirements, such as the E.U. Machinery Directive, OSHA and ANSI, Bulletin 700Z Low-Voltage E-Stop safety relays consist of positive guided relays interconnected according to a redundant and self-checking circuit.

Meeting the strictest machine safety requirements, such as the E.U. Machinery Directive, OSHA and ANSI, Bulletin 700Z Low-Voltage E-Stop safety relays consist of positive guided relays interconnected according to a redundant and self-checking circuit. This ensures that if a fault occurs in the input devices or relay contacts, power can be removed from the load for operator and machine safety. The relays can be de-energized in the event of a fault in the E-stop, gate interlock, reset button, expander unit, or auxiliary relays, or if relay contacts weld together. Also, the relays include two monitored safety relay outputs to meet redundancy requirements and two auxiliary contacts for signaling a programmable controller or indicating devices. LEDs are used to monitor relay performance and notify users of faults.
