The Centsable proximity sensors come in more than 60 models that include dc inductive proximity sensors in diameters from 8 to 30 mm and ac proximity sensors in diameters from 12 to 18 mm. All dc sensors are offered in fixed- or quick-disconnect cable styles. The dc sensors are available in NPN or PNP output models and shielded or unshielded designs with standard sensing ranges. The 12-, 18- and 30-mm dc sensors are also shielded or unshielded for extended sensing ranges. Integral electrical protection for dc models prevents failures due to short circuits, polarity reversal, overvoltage, and inductive loads. Photoelectric sensors include 18-mm sensors in diffuse, polarized retroreflective, and through-beam styles, as well as fiber. Sensing distances range from 20 mm to 8 meters. Rectangular models have NPN/PNP selectable output and two LED indicators.
