Li-Ion Battery Pack Fuels Portable Power Unit

Delivering 5 Ahr at 7.2V, this custom lithium-ion battery pack was developed to power Alegna's PowerLink 572, a portable power unit that is said to provide up to 10 times the internal battery power needed by many cell phones and other handheld devices. Being small, light and slim, the battery pack is said to provide more energy in less space, with the battery further enhanced by advanced fuel gauging and circuitry that monitor and ensure optimum performance and safety. The PowerLink 572 consists of a Li-Ion battery measuring 4 4/5'' x 3'' x 4/5'' and a charger unit.
