Tadiran’s AA Lithium Battery Delivers 15A Pulse, 5A Continuous Discharge

The TLM-1550HP, a lithium battery designed for portable medical applications, packs up to 2 Wh of energy at 4V into an AA-size cell. The battery is capable of handling up to 15A pulse and 5A continuous. It features an open circuit voltage of 4.1A and offers up to 20 years of storage life and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Models are available that can withstand sterilization temperatures up to +125°C. Other features include a safe design, shippable as non-hazardous, and a glass-to-metal hermetic seal.
