Specifying a quiescent current of 70 µA, the AP7361 low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator provides a source of adjustable and fixed output voltages at an accuracy of ±1%.

Specifying a quiescent current of 70 µA, the AP7361 low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator provides a source of adjustable and fixed output voltages at an accuracy of ±1%. The regulator has a dropout voltage of 150 mV at 300 mA and can deliver an output current up to 1A with 500 mV dropout. Input voltage range is 2.2V to 6V and output voltage is adjustable between 1V and 5V and fixed output voltage options of 1V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, and 3.3V are also available.  Other features include a ripple rejection of 65 dB and a comprehensive range of self-protection features.
