The single-phase 78M6613 is supposedly the industry’s first energy-measurement SoC for ac/dc power supplies. It enables the capture and reporting of real-time energy data with an accuracy of ±0.5% over a 2000:1 dynamic range. Other features include integrated flash memory and a MCU, ac-load monitoring, control firmware, and ac-power diagnostics including power, power factor, voltage current, voltage sag, and dip.
