American Bright's selection of surface mount chip (SMT) LEDs features a variety of industry standard packages (0603, 0805, 1206 and 1210), styles and colors, including AllnGaP dies, where design engineers can use any die (wavelength) with any package. Compact in size and lightweight, the series is ideal for portable applications such as cellular phones, pagers, handheld personal computers, and portable industrial/medical testing equipment. And, the AllnGaP SMT can replace incandescent bulbs in applications where compact design, longer life and high reliability are important.
