Power Inductors' SMT Leads Lend Them To Filtering Duties

Available in 0804, 0810 and 1306 sizes, SSL Series of miniature open wound inductors is designed for high-density surface-mount applications. Nineteen standard values ranging from 1 to 1000 µH are available. Tolerance is ±20% and temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. Applications for the power inductors include noise/EMI/RFI filtering, dc-to-dc conversion, step-up or step-down converters, and flash memory programmers.
