With a 20 mA drive current, typical luminous intensities are 11.7 (red), 6.4 (green), and 2.4 (pure green) mcd.The devices offer a bright intensity coupled with a spatial distribution of 160° for applications that require wide viewing angles. They are available in 8-mm-wide tape on 180-mm-diameter reels and are compatible with convective reflow soldering processes.
