The ultra-compact HiVo LED series targets solid-state lighting apps employing integral lamps, a.k.a., retrofit lamps. The series includes 1W, 2W, and 4W single-chip LEDs providing a luminous flux of 80/100 lm at 48 to 55 Vdc in a color temperature of 3000/5700 K. The 2W product with two LED chips connected in series achieves 140 lm for 2700K at 95 to 111 Vdc. The four-chip LED with 275/375 lm for 3000/5700K is available for voltages from 95 to 111V in North America and Asia and 190 to 220 Vdc in Europe. All HiVo components come in a ceramic package measuring 3.5 mm x 3.5 mm for the 1W and 6 mm x 6 mm for the 2W and 4W versions. EVERLIGHT AMERICAS INC., San Jose, CA. (408) 225-7800.
