Available in PLCC-2 packages encapsulated in a heat-resistant silicone resin, the ASMT-UWB1 high-brightness white LEDs deliver a significant light output to reduce LED counts in numerous applications. They provide a 120° viewing angle and operate with a low forward voltage, with a maximum of 3.6V. Other features include compatibility with reflow soldering processes, a moisture sensitivity meeting JEDEC MSL 3, and an electro-static discharge sensitivity meeting JEDEC HBM 1000V.
