ON Semiconductor’s NUS3116 is an integrated charging and power-switching circuit for portable electronics that combines the main battery switch, wall charging switch, and USB charging switch elements into a single component. The main switch MOSFET features 40-mΩ maximum R_DS(ON).

Offered in a DFN-8 package with a 9-mm² footprint, the package also has a profile of 0.8 mm. The NUS3116 is priced at $0.80 per unit in 3000-unit quantities.
