Entering into a partnership, test-and-measurement company Agilent Technologies will be reselling Acceleware’s electromagnetic solver technologies to its Antenna Modeling Design System (AMDS) users. Agilent supplies electronic design automation (EDA) software for high-frequency system, circuit, and modeling applications while Acceleware develops what is thought to be the fastest electromagnetic solver technology available. Combining these technologies forecasts significant benefits for AMDS users in the form of significantly faster simulation processing, in the realm of 35 times faster. Users will be able to reduce the time required to run a typical simulation from 10 hours to under 20 minutes.
