Central Semiconductor’s CMKSH2-4LR triple isolated low-VF Schottky diodes are packaged in a space-saving ULTRAmini SOT-363 surface-mount case. This new device consists of three isolated, low-VF Schottky diodes, with a maximum continuous forward current of 200 mA per diode, a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40 V and a typical forward voltage of 0.35 V at 100 mA.

Designed for switching applications requiring a low forward-voltage drop, this device is ideal for portable hand-held applications. The CMKSH2-4LR uses 75% less board space than three individually packaged SOD-123 devices. Prices for the CMKSH2-4LR start at $0.16 each for 3000 pieces on a 7-in. reel. Sample devices are available upon request.
