IC maker LSI Computer Systems has signed a distribution agreement with Edge Electronics whereby Edge will distribute LSI’s line of standard integrated circuits. According to Pete Visconti, VP of sales and marketing for LSI, “The alliance between LSI and Edge Electronics will open up new markets for both companies and we are very pleased to have the opportunity of working together.” Adrienne Giannone, Edge Electronics’ chief executive officer, comments, “LSI’s products will be a very good addition to Edge’s product line. Our sales team will focus on helping LSI further increase the adoption and growth of its products in the marketplace.”
