Hi-Pot Tester Meets UL/CSA Requirements

Sept. 1, 2000

The Model 6070 high-potential tester is claimed to be designed to quickly and safely perform tests in accordance with UL and CSA requirements, making it suitable for development, production or maintenance tests. Output voltage is continuously variable from 0V to 1 kV or 0V to 5 kV. The cut-off current can be adjusted from 0.5 to 25 mA using the 0.5, 1, 2, 5, or 10 mA ranges and the multiplier potentiometer. The Hi-Pot tester also features a built-in safety ground protection, which will prevent the unit from operating if it is not properly grounded.
