Antenna Tests For EMC, Emissions

May 1, 2000

Designed to test for EMC immunity and emission testing in confined environments such as anechoic chambers, the CBL6143 antenna is very compact and has a frequency range of 30 MHz to 3 GHz. The antenna combines the firm's high gain BiLog emission antenna with X-wing folded elements for immunity testing. The folded elements reduce chamber-coupling effects making the antenna well suited for use in confined environments. Other features include a symmetry of better than ±0.5 dB (typical) and no rotational offsets.
