The XTNDAccess Blue SDK, the company's Bluetooth software development kit, now supports Cambridge Silicon Radio's system-on-a-chip (SoC). Together, the products provide a pre-qualified, turnkey development platform upon which to build robust, cost-effective Bluetooth products. Version 1.2 of for embedded devices includes full support for Cambridge's hardware, including compatibility with the latest production version of BlueCore01. The Bluetooth chip provides Version 1.1 draft release support for the Bluetooth spec, including the over-the-air interface. Transport driver support includes UART and USB will be supported in the near future when Windows support for Cambridge's products is released. The development kit is designed for use in embedded devices such as cell phones, PDAs, digital cameras, portable office equipment, industrial automation products and more.
